TCS Basys Controls, a Middleton manufacturer of Building Automation Systems and web-based software, is seeking a full-time Technical Support person to work within the Technical Services Department.  A Technical Support person should work well with people, have patience, a strong desire to take responsibility, be a motivated self-starter. A successful candidate must be able to multi-task, have excellent communication skills, familiarity with basic IP networking a plus, and ticketing systems experience a plus, but not required.  HVAC and/or Controls experience a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support over the phone – calls range from password resets to diagnosing a problem
  • Creating tickets with our internal ticketing system and/or a customer’s ticketing system
  • Dispatching local Building Engineers or facility staff to fix a problem
  • Assisting an installation contractor with system commissioning
  • Uploading pictures, utility information, MEP’s, etc. . . to our cloud-based Building Automation System
