Ubiquity Plus
Overview
- Protect the value of your investment by deploying a cost-effective strategy to improve the operational efficiency of your energy management (EMS) and HVAC systems
- Single Point of Contact and Accountability
- Support a Local Service, Nationwide Coverage
The energy-saving benefits of monitoring and controlling your environment across an organization’s portfolio from a single web-based interface are powerful. When fully-leveraged with a TCS Service Agreement like Ubiquity PLUS, the centralized server forms the backbone of a comprehensive service offering with a familiar interface. With an emphasis on transparency, our enterprise clients can globally or locally monitor managed service activities with minimal direct involvement.
Ubiquity Plus Options
24/7 Technical Support
Dedicated 24/7 support provides onsite managers and facilities staff with a single toll-free phone
number to call for all issues ranging from comfort complaints and programming to warranty claims.
An experience TCS Service Technician will usually answer on your first call. During higher call volume
periods, a call back is guaranteed within 30 minutes.
Call Center / Dispatch Service
Combined with 24/7 Support, our call center team can augment or replace your existing call center to
dispatch local service personnel (including emergency service), insuring a quick response to a troubled
site. Based on established protocols, a trained TCS technician will first remotely analyze equipment
performance through Ubiquity and diagnose problems prior to dispatching the correct type of local field
service technician. Information from Ubiquity is relayed to your local service techs so they are properly
prepared and equipped upon arrival. TCS can interact with your existing web-based work order or
ticket tracking system, integrate with your current software package or provide stand-alone direct billing
of service orders.
TCS Active Monitoring™
By actively monitoring the portfolio of sites within your enterprise, energy savings are maximized and
problem equipment and/or sites are identified. TCS performs equipment diagnostics to identify issues
(compressors, fans, filters) and tracks system changes over time to recognize emerging problems
before they become expensive emergency repairs. Critical discoveries are communicated immediately.
Monthly and quarterly reports identify equipment and sites that need attention.
Energy Data Integration & Bill Pay
Energy data from your utilities can be integrated into Ubiquity to provide an easy comparison of current
usage against the historical to verify energy savings and identify areas where improvement is possible.
TCS Direct Pay provides bill payment of all utilities regionally or nationally. With an existing bill pay
service, TCS can integrate that data into Ubiquity to find billing exceptions, monitor rates and tariffs
and conduct historical analysis.
