All product returns require prior approval with issuance of a Return Authorization (RA) number by TCS Basys Controls. TCS Basys Controls is not responsible for any product that is returned without prior approval and an RA number. No warranty claim for product replacement or credit will be honored without a valid return authorization number.

To obtain an RA number please contact the vendor from which you originally purchased the product. If purchased from TCS Basys Controls, complete this form to request an RA number.

If purchased from a wholesaler, distributor, contractor or other representative, you should contact them for prompt and efficient product replacement service.

If you need an ADVANCE REPLACEMENT, you must contact our sales department to place a new order for the desired part. Once the return parts have been received, processed, and found to be covered by our product warranty, credit will be issued against the replacement order.

Please note:
1) All RA's expire in 90 days from the date they are written.

2) Issuance of RA # does not automatically guarantee credit or replacement.

3) If returned product is not within it's warranty period [two (2) years from the date of manufacture or twelve (12) months after installation whichever comes first] -OR- the part is determined to be functional, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to decide whether TCS returns the part to you *AS IS* or disposes of it here.

4) All products are to be returned, shipping prepaid, to TCS Basys Controls using the address shown to the right and with the RA# clearly marked on the shipping container and all pertinent documents.
