Because Ubiquity stores operational data in a central server, informational reports can be produced that compare two sites, groups of facilities, regions, or all sites within the enterprise. These are a few of the benefits that the upcoming reports will provide to managers:
- Spot trouble with HVAC equipment before it actually fails, so outages can be prevented rather than reacted to.
- Pinpoint buildings that are performing at below-average levels, as well as those sites that are performing above average.
