You've invested significant resources to build and maintain a secure, scalable IT infrastructure. Ubiquity from TCS leverages your existing network to aggregate data from all of your sites on one central server. Continuous trending of site data allows you or the TCS Managed Services team to make smarter energy management and service decisions.
TCS Advantages
- Secure, remote access from anywhere
- Minimal impact on network traffic
- IT approval, without requiring ongoing IT involvement
- Flexible password-protected, multi-level access
Communication with Ubiquity™ is unique in its simple approach. Typically you’ll require only approval from the IT department, without ongoing IT involvement or cost burden. TCS device communications are all initiated from WITHIN the network and out through Port 80 using standard, secure SSL connections, the same port used by an ordinary Internet browser. If you and your employees have desktop Internet access, networking your thermostats and controllers is a very managable proposition, even for the toughest security environments.
Secure by Design
Ubiquity™ was developed in concert with banking IT departments to meet their security requirements while delivering the advantages of a full bi-directional VPN or dedicated phone line without the complexity or the ongoing telecom cost. Nine of the top 15 U.S. banks* run Ubiquity on their internal networks.

Flexible Access
Ubiquity™ users can login from any Web browser and are given password-protected roles ranging from read-only access to a single site for onsite managers to administrator access for a state, region or the entire enterprise. Ubiquity provides secure access for each user based on their scope of responsibilityand creates an audit trail each time the system is accessed.
