Software Engineer:

We are seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team. Work includes writing code, supporting existing software applications, and contributing your thoughts and ideas to help improve our innovative software products.

Qualified candidates:
  • 4-year degree in a technology related field
  • 2 or more years professional experience in a technology-related industry
  • Mastery of at least one object oriented programming language
  • Well-versed in the area of web technologies and frameworks
  • Ability to know how to translate needs from non-technical folks
  • Basic knowledge computer/server hardware
  • Ability to work well with others and to work alone on tasks
  • An interest in learning new things and new technologies
  • Strong organizational skills

Contractor Sales

We have an opening for an HVAC Controls inside sales position in our Middleton, WI headquarters. We are looking for highly energetic and enthusiastic people to develop existing and new customers in the contractor market. The selected candidate must be able to develop relationships and business opportunities with contractors and consulting engineers over the phone.

Qualified candidates will:
  • Have 2 to 4 years of commercial HVAC experience
  • Be self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives
  • Have strong interpersonal skills
  • Have a demonstrated ability to influence key decision makers

This is a salary plus commission position. A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in the HVAC industry is desired.


Sales Account Manager - National Accounts

As a key member of our national account sales team, the successful candidate will have responsibility for all aspects of selling an enterprise class "software as a service" energy management solution to large companies across diverse verticals.

Key requirements:
  • High energy and highly motivated sales professional, driven to close opportunities.
  • Experience with competitive marketing and pricing dynamics a plus.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with basic desktop productivity applications.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software technologies and similar services.
  • Ability to learn new technology processes and terminology.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, requiring individual initiative and decision-making, as well as constant juggling of priorities.
  • 5+ years experience in high tech enterprise software sales, product marketing or related field.
  • B.A. / B.S. from a 4-year institution or equivalent experience.
